About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner to start up and lead an outpatient pediatric clinic. This role involves overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, managing staff, and supporting clinicians in providing individualized patient treatment. The Clinic Director will play a key role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders. The position also includes facilitating continuing education, providing mentorship, and supporting team performance. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
