About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to start up and direct their own outpatient ABA clinic. This role is for a BCBA who excels at patient care but may need support with the business aspects of running a clinic, such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. Ivy Rehab will provide business savvy support, allowing the BCBA to focus on patients and grow a successful clinic without burnout. The clinic is a start-up and the location will be determined in collaboration with the partner, based on their relationships and local community needs. Ivy Rehab is the largest national provider in outpatient pediatric therapy services and fosters a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Focus on patient care and treatment.

Build and recruit a clinic team.
Engage in business development and marketing efforts.
Ensure legal and compliance standards are met.
Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, accounting, and revenue cycle management support from Ivy Rehab.
