About The Position

Center Director – Arizona Clinic Lead, Inspire, and Grow with Treetop ABA! Treetop ABA is opening a new clinic in Arizona and is looking for a Center Director to take the reins and help build something amazing. This is an opportunity to shape a clinic from the ground up, guide a passionate team, and make a difference every single day. As Center Director, you will oversee daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and ensure top-notch clinical care. This is an in-person role, Monday through Friday, based on-site at our Phoenix, Arizona clinic.

Requirements

• Active BCBA certification and Arizona LBA (required)
• Strong organizational, communication, and people-management skills
• Ability to balance operational goals with client-centered care
• Passion for leading teams and making a lasting impact

Nice To Haves

• 5+ years of leadership or BCBA Experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of clinic staff
• Partner with clinical leadership to uphold quality ABA services
• Drive growth through community engagement and team development
• Ensure compliance with all operational, clinical, and ethical standards
• Foster a positive, supportive, and mission-driven clinic culture

Benefits

• Base Salary: $105K–$115K Based on Experience and center location, plus additional bonuses
