About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to start up and lead their own outpatient ABA clinic as an Investing Partner. This role allows BCBAs to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The goal is to help clinicians grow a successful clinic without burning out, with Ivy Rehab acting as a business support partner. The clinic is a start-up and the location will be determined in collaboration with the partner, based on their relationships and local community needs.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Focus on patients and providing ABA services.
Lead the establishment and growth of a new outpatient ABA clinic.
Collaborate with Ivy Rehab on clinic location, building, and team recruitment.
Engage in marketing and business development efforts.
Oversee clinic operations, potentially including legal, compliance, patient engagement, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management with Ivy's support.
