Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)
About The Position
Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner who is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to start up their own outpatient pediatric clinic. This role allows therapists to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The company supports partners in selecting clinic locations, building teams, marketing, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, accounting, and revenue cycle management. This is a start-up clinic, and the location will be determined in partnership with the clinician.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
- Proof of current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
