About The Position

This role is for a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner who will be responsible for starting up and overseeing an outpatient pediatric clinic. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who is passionate about patient care and helping children thrive. Ivy Rehab for Kids provides business support, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems management, allowing the partner to focus on clinical work and patient families. The company offers a comprehensive support system for clinic setup, team building, marketing, legal, compliance, software, IT, HR, accounting, and revenue cycle management. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.
