This is a start-up opportunity to establish your own Outpatient Pediatric Clinic with Ivy Rehab for Kids. You will focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab supports the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. We aim to help you grow a successful clinic without burning out, acting as your business-savvy partner.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in the respective state.
Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Focus on patients and families.
Help kids thrive and move better, feel better, and live better.
Participate in the business side of running a clinic, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems, with support from Ivy Rehab.
Build and recruit your dream team.
Engage in marketing and business development.
Ensure legal and compliance standards are met.
Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle management.
Provide regional leadership, guidance, and mentorship.
Access in-house pediatric residency program.
