As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you’ll help shape a new clinic from the ground up—from the community and location to the team, culture, and patient experience. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program
  • Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin (treating component required)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new
  • Strong communication and community relationship-building skills
  • Commitment to CI's values: compassion, collaboration, innovation, creativity
  • Deep love for kids, families, and play-based, strengths-first therapy

Nice To Haves

  • Previous pediatric therapy experience
  • Leadership experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care.
  • Promote efficient service utilization.
  • Program development.
  • Digital marketing collaboration.
  • Foster relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.
  • Act as a treating clinician.
  • Serve as a team builder.
  • Function as a community connector.
  • Be a champion for every kid and family who walks through your doors.
  • Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
  • Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
  • Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
  • Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
