About The Position

CI THERAPIES is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner who is a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin. This is a full-time, de novo/start-up clinic opportunity with an equity partnership. The role involves building a new clinic from the ground up, shaping the community, location, team, culture, and patient experience, with Ivy Health providing the necessary infrastructure, expertise, and support. CI Therapies is an outpatient pediatric therapy organization focused on providing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Mental Health Services in state-of-the-art facilities. Their mission is to celebrate each child and deliver high-quality, collaborative therapy, guided by values of Compassion, Collaboration, Innovation, Creativity, Play-Based Care, Family-Centered, and Therapist-Led.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin (treating component required).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new.
  • Strong communication and community relationship-building skills.

  • Deep love for kids, families, and play-based, strengths-first therapy.

  • Previous pediatric therapy experience.
  • Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care.
  • Promote efficient service utilization.
  • Oversee program development.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing.
  • Foster relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.
  • Serve as a treating clinician.
  • Act as a team builder.
  • Function as a community connector.
  • Champion for every kid and family.
  • Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
  • Help choose the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
  • Use business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
  • Partner with Ivy Health teams across real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
