About The Position

CI THERAPIES is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Investing Partner in Wisconsin. This is a de novo/start-up clinic opportunity with a full-time equity partnership. As a Clinic Director and Investing Partner, you will be instrumental in building a new clinic from the ground up, influencing the community, location, team, culture, and patient experience. You will contribute clinical vision and local relationships, while Ivy Health provides the necessary infrastructure, expertise, and support. CI Therapies is an outpatient pediatric therapy organization offering Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Feeding Therapy, and Mental Health Services in state-of-the-art facilities. Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
  • Current or pending state licensure as a PT, OT, or SLP in Wisconsin (treating component required).
  • Previous pediatric therapy experience.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine passion for building something new.
  • Strong communication and community relationship-building skills.
  • Commitment to CI's values: compassion, collaboration, innovation, creativity.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Deep love for kids, families, and play-based, strengths-first therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
  • Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
  • Support clinicians in providing individualized treatment and plans of care.
  • Promote efficient service utilization.
  • Lead program development.
  • Collaborate on digital marketing efforts.
  • Foster relationships with medical professionals and community stakeholders.
  • Serve as a treating clinician.
  • Act as a team builder, community connector, and champion for children and families.
  • Deliver care within your licensed discipline and set the clinical standard for the clinic.
  • Assist in choosing the market, location, service mix, and patient experience.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead the clinic team.
  • Build relationships with referral partners and the community.
  • Utilize business and clinical information to guide responsible growth.
  • Partner with Ivy Health teams across various departments including real estate, operations, recruiting, marketing, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, and payer contracting.
