About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner who is a licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to start up their own outpatient pediatric clinic. This role involves overseeing all aspects of clinic operations, managing staff, and providing individualized patient treatment. The Clinic Director will play a key role in promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders. The position offers a unique opportunity to partner with Ivy Rehab, focusing on patient care while the company handles the business aspects like marketing, payroll, and insurance contracts. This is a start-up clinic, and the location will be determined in collaboration with the partner.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Illinois.
Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of clinic operations.
Manage clinical and non-clinical staff.
Work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care.

Facilitate and participate in continuing education.
Provide mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance.

Participate in training and development before clinic opening.
Assist with picking out the best clinic location.
Assist with building and recruiting the clinic team.
Contribute to marketing/business development, legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle.
