Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner (PT, OT, or SLP License Required)
About The Position
This role is for a Pediatric Clinic Director & Equity Partner in Trumbull, CT, focusing on starting up a new outpatient pediatric clinic. The Clinic Director will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and provide individualized patient treatment plans. Key responsibilities include promoting efficient service utilization, program development, collaborating with digital marketing, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders. The position emphasizes cultivating excellence in patient care through continuing education, mentorship, and team support. Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy program.
- Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Language Pathologist in Connecticut.
- Previous pediatric therapy experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

- Assist with picking out the best clinic location.
- Assist with building and recruiting your dream team.
- Support with marketing/business development, legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle.
