About The Position

T&K Pediatric Services is seeking a Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to support children as they develop motor, sensory, and everyday skills. The assistant works alongside Occupational Therapists and other pediatric professionals in a family-focused environment, helping deliver individualized treatment plans and supporting children and families as they work toward functional and developmental goals. Compensation is $24–$40 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

• Associate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential.
• North Dakota licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

• Pediatric experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists with individualized pediatric treatment plans.
• Provide engaging therapy activities that support sensory, motor, and developmental growth.
• Help children work toward functional and developmental goals.
• Encourage families with activities and techniques that reinforce therapy goals at home.
• Monitor patient progress and accurately document therapy sessions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary pediatric team.
• Help create a positive environment where children feel supported and encouraged.
