About The Position

Our pediatric cardiac sonographers are the heartbeat of the clinic; they’re dedicated to scanning the tiniest hearts with the greatest care. We are seeking a Pediatric Cardiac Sonographer to join a team of highly skilled sonographers who are leaders in the field. Work in a dynamic, collaborative environment, and use the latest advanced ultrasound equipment and technology. Join our Pediatric Echo Lab that is accredited by the IAC in pediatric transthoracic, transesophageal, and fetal echocardiography. Care for patients from fetal life through adulthood and across the care continuum in spaces that include outpatient clinics, inpatient units, OR, cath lab, and the emergency department. Requirements

  • Completion of a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CHAAHEP) approved ultrasound program, Associate Degree in Biological Sciences, Radiology, Ultrasound, or relevant health sciences field
  • Registered in Adult Echocardiography (AE) Upon Hire
  • Basic Life Support/CPR Upon Hire

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Ultrasound, Radiology, Biological Sciences, or relevant health sciences field
  • Pediatric echocardiography experience
  • 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a lab performing echocardiography testing
  • Pediatric Echocardiography (PE)
  • Fetal Echocardiography (FE)
