About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 skilled nursing care for pediatric patients with complex medical needs during school transportation bus runs in Elizabeth.
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in New Jersey
- Passion for pediatric nursing and patient advocacy
- Reliable, compassionate, and committed to high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician’s plan of care and established nursing standards
- Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
- Deliver compassionate, respectful care to patients and families
- Maintain patient confidentiality at all times
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families as appropriate
- Follow all agency orientation requirements and case-specific protocols
