About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one‑on‑one skilled nursing care for a 1‑year‑old child in West New York, NJ. We have immediate openings for daytime shifts, offering steady hours and a predictable schedule. Our pediatric team provides strong clinical support, ensuring you feel confident and supported throughout your time on the case.
Requirements
- Active New Jersey RN or LPN License
- Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience in home care or acute care preferred
- Current BLS Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Physical exam within the past 12 months
- PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
- Proof of MMR immunization within 10 years
- Proof of flu vaccination or approved medical exemption
