About The Position
Phoenix is seeking compassionate LPNs and RNs to provide exceptional one-on-one care to pediatric and young adult patients in their homes. This role offers a purpose-driven nursing experience where relationships matter and care makes a visible impact, allowing nurses to step away from crowded units into a focused environment. The work involves delivering skilled nursing to children and young adults with complex medical needs, building genuine relationships with patients and their families, and helping to keep families together by supporting children in their homes.
Requirements
- Current and active LPN or RN license
- Passion for patient-centered care

- Pediatric experience preferred
- Training provided for new grads or those without pediatric experience
