About The Position
A hospital in Fontana, CA is looking for a Pediatric Anesthesiology Physician to fill a vacancy. The provider can expect to handle a full scope of pediatric anesthesia cases, excluding cardiac and neuro cases. This is a 13-week contract position.
Requirements
- Active California Physician License
- Completed Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
- Board Certified
- Proficiency in EPIC
- COVID vaccine and one booster required
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-operative evaluation and counseling to patients and families
- Develop and implement anesthesia plans for a variety of surgical procedures
- Administer anesthesia and monitor patients throughout surgery
- Manage pain and other medical problems during and after surgery
- Provide critical care to patients in the intensive care unit
