About The Position

We are seeking three Pediatric Advanced Practice Clinicians to join our Virtual Practice Support and Extended Care multisite practice within the Children’s Primary Care Division at Atrium Health Levine Children’s. Clinicians are expected to live in the greater Charlotte, NC, area. The role involves a mix of virtual/remote and in-person care, allowing for the maintenance of physical exam skills, development of virtual skills, and direct interaction with children and families. This structure aims to provide a unique work-life harmony. The Virtual Practice Support (VPS) component involves affiliated with multiple practices, providing inbox coverage, managing refill requests, performing virtual visits and eVisits, and managing chronic conditions during the day. This APP team is supported by a physician team and may also provide in-office visits as coverage. The Extended Care (EC) component involves providing shared in-person after-hours care in the evenings and on weekends. The Extended Care location will be open from 5-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-8pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
