About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Chantilly, VA. This role offers the unique opportunity to partner with Ivy Rehab, focusing on patient care while Ivy handles the business operations such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children thrive and will receive comprehensive training and support to ensure the success of their clinic. This is a start-up opportunity where you will be instrumental in building the clinic from the ground up, including location selection, team recruitment, and business development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
