About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Chantilly, VA. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business operations, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The ideal candidate will be a BCBA with a passion for helping children thrive and will be supported by Ivy Rehab's expertise in clinic setup, team building, and business development. Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
