You will focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab provides support for the business aspects, including marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. We aim to help you grow a successful clinic without burning out, acting as your business-savvy sidekick.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Nice To Haves
- Leadership experience is a plus, but training and development will be provided for those looking to take the next step.
Responsibilities
- Focus on patients and providing exceptional care.
- Lead and grow a successful outpatient ABA clinic.
- Collaborate with Ivy Rehab on business operations, marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems.
- Build and recruit your dream team.
- Engage in patient care as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
