About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Butler, PA. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children thrive and will be supported with training, resources, and a competitive compensation package including salary, bonus, benefits, and equity in the clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
- Treating element to this role.
- BCBA license required.
