About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Hermitage, PA. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business aspects such as marketing, payroll, and insurance contracts. The ideal candidate will be a BCBA with a passion for helping children thrive and will be supported by Ivy Rehab's expertise in clinic operations, business development, and growth strategies. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or certification required.
Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Nice To Haves

Leadership experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided.
Experience in business management or entrepreneurship is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Focus on patients and providing world-class ABA services.
Lead and grow a new outpatient ABA clinic.
Collaborate with Ivy Rehab on business operations, marketing, and team building.
Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, legal, and compliance support.
Manage clinic location, building, and recruitment.
Engage in marketing and business development efforts.
Oversee accounting, revenue cycle, and payor contracts with support.
Provide clinical treatment as a BCBA.
