About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to partner with them to start up and direct a new outpatient ABA clinic. This role is for a BCBA who excels at patient care but may not want to handle the business aspects of running a clinic. Ivy Rehab will provide support for marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, systems, clinic location selection, building and recruiting a team, legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle. The clinic is a start-up and does not currently exist. The ideal candidate will focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business operations. Requirements

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or certification required.
Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
