About The Position

Ivy Rehab for Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to start up their own outpatient ABA clinic. This role is for a clinician who excels at working with children but may need support with the business aspects of running a clinic, such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. Ivy Rehab will provide business support, allowing the BCBA to focus on patient care and clinic growth. The clinic is a start-up and the location will be determined in partnership with the clinician. Ivy Rehab is the largest national provider in outpatient pediatric therapy services, fostering a culture of autonomy, community, collaboration, and entrepreneurship.

Requirements

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or certification.
• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Focus on patients and provide ABA services.
• Grow a successful clinic with support from Ivy Rehab.
• Partner with Ivy Rehab to determine clinic location.
• Learn all aspects of running a clinic before opening.
• Build and recruit a dream team.
• Engage in marketing/business development.
• Manage legal, compliance, patient engagement software, IT, HR, payor contracts, accounting, and revenue cycle with Ivy's support.
