About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Ramsey, NJ. This role offers the unique opportunity to partner with Ivy Rehab, focusing on patient care while Ivy handles the business operations such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children thrive and will be supported by Ivy Rehab's extensive experience in opening and managing clinics, providing training, mentorship, and resources for success. This is a start-up opportunity where you will be instrumental in building the clinic from the ground up, including location selection, team recruitment, and business development.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities.
Passion for helping children and families.

Responsibilities

Focus on patient care and clinical excellence in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of a new outpatient ABA clinic.
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing clinical team.
Collaborate with Ivy Rehab on business development, marketing, and patient engagement strategies.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Utilize patient engagement software, IT, HR, and accounting systems provided by Ivy Rehab.
Manage payer contracts and revenue cycle processes with support from Ivy Rehab.
Participate in training and development programs before clinic opening and ongoing.
