About The Position
Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Philadelphia, PA. This role offers the opportunity to focus on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business operations, marketing, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping children thrive and will be supported with comprehensive training and resources to ensure the success of the clinic. This is a unique opportunity to become an equity partner in your own clinic.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
- Current or pending BCBA license or certification.
- Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Focus on patient care and clinical excellence.
- Lead and grow a new outpatient ABA clinic.
- Collaborate with Ivy Rehab on business operations, marketing, and administrative tasks.
- Recruit and build a clinical team.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Engage with patients and the community.
