About The Position

Ivy Rehab is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to launch and lead a new outpatient ABA clinic in Leland, NC. This unique opportunity offers the chance to be an Equity Partner, focusing on patient care while Ivy Rehab handles the business operations such as marketing, payroll, insurance contracts, and systems. The role involves providing direct patient care, building and leading a team, and growing a successful clinic. Comprehensive training and support will be provided before the clinic opens, covering all aspects of business management, from site selection and recruitment to legal, compliance, IT, HR, accounting, and revenue cycle management. This is an entrepreneurial role for a BCBA looking to own and grow their own practice with the backing of a large, established network.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Applied Behavior Analysis program.
• Current or pending BCBA license or certification required.
• Pediatric experience strongly preferred.
