About The Position

This is a temporary position for Pear Hand Packers on the C Line, working the day shift. The role involves packing and repacking fruit, placing trays into boxes, and setting machine speeds. Flexibility with the working schedule, willingness to work weekends, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail are essential. Good communication and the ability to work well with co-workers are also required. The position is located at the Olds Station.

Requirements

• Qualified individuals must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of fruit varieties.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Prior experience required.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Must be able to work closely and get along with co-workers.
• Good communication skills are a must.
