About The Position

This is a full-time, year-round position for two Pear Hand Packers on the C Line at the Olds Station. The working shift is the day shift, with hours from 5:30 am to 2:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Requirements

• Qualified individuals must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of fruit varieties.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Prior experience required.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while paying attention to detail.
• Must be able to work closely and get along with co-workers.
• Good communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Packing and repacking fruit.
• Placing trays into boxes.
• Setting machine speeds.
• Other duties may encompass other than the duties listed.
