About The Position

The Peak Time Teller demonstrates excellent customer service in accordance with U.S. Bank customer service expectations. The role works a specified schedule of less than 20 hours per week during peak business times in a branch. It handles routine financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, advances, and payments, while ensuring positive interactions with customers and non-customers. The teller follows established policies and procedures when processing transactions to mitigate risk. This position works from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days. It is based at Denver Tower in Denver, Colorado.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
More than one year of business-related experience, including customer service and basic math.
