As our Enablement Manager within the PEAK team, you will act as the strategic connector and operational catalyst driving education, certification, and knowledge adoption across Everpure’s global Customer Experience (CX) ecosystem. Thriving at the intersection of programmatic strategy and creative marketing, your core purpose is to design and personally execute go-to-market strategies that maximize engagement with our learning solutions. You will navigate ambiguity to build repeatable enablement structures, partnering cross-functionally with global delivery teams and enterprise Marketing to accelerate internal readiness and customer value. By translating technical training roadmaps into intuitive, high-visibility campaigns, you will directly influence team effectiveness and organizational scale.
