PDP Web Merchandiser (OKC/FT) Non-Safety Sensitive
About The Position
The PDP Web Merchandiser is responsible for ensuring items are available, priced correctly, and displayed accurately on the web. This role involves entering new product content, working with various departments to resolve web merchandise issues, and collaborating with other departments to meet customer needs. The merchandiser will also answer sales questions, recommend advertising opportunities, and make decisions on product placement. Additionally, they will work with factory representatives to gather product information and materials for the web, attend walk-throughs to assess sales volume, and assist with inventory counts and locating merchandise. Excellent customer relations are essential, along with performing any other duties as directed by management.

- Ability to maintain upmost confidentiality regarding sales, product plans, advertising, etc.

- Knowledge of employment, safety, and merchandise handling procedures
Responsibilities
- Ensure items are available/unavailable, priced correctly, and displayed accurately
- Enter new product content (images, descriptions & specifications)
- Work with employees across all departments
- Assist with any problems associated with web merchandise in conjunction with customer service
- Work on an organizational level with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Answer sales questions about web products, prices, availability, & transfers
- Recommend advertising opportunities based on web inventory levels
- Make informed decisions on where to place web merchandise
- Work closely with factory representatives to obtain product, collection & brand specific material to be used on the web
- Download/upload photography to product pages
- Attend weekly walk through to determine sales volume of merchandise on the floor (multiple locations)
- Work closely with factory representatives to discuss sales
- Assist with periodic inventory counts
- Help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs
- Use excellent customer relations
- Any other duties as directed by management
