Position Summary In your role as a Vendor Management Professional you'll work to organize, coordinate, manage, and track the efforts of a contractor company onsite at SAS. Vendors perform maintenance, implement projects, and document activity under contract with PCS. You'll be responsible to track the performance of these activities.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s or technical degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum 0–3 years experience with spreadsheets, inventory management, project management.
• Prior Microsoft Office software (Intermediate Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) experience and basic project management skills.
• All positions at Samsung Austin Semiconductor require you to be onsite.

Responsibilities

• Following company policies and local, state, and federal laws and best practices within functional area to provide customer service including: customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
• Performs clerical duties such as making copies, filing, organizing, and paying invoices.
• Answering phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or takes messages.
• Setting up and coordinating meetings and conferences.
• Researching, analyzing results and presenting potential solutions/ recommendations.
• Preparing reports and executive summaries.
