About The Position

Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines. This role is crucial for assembling printed circuit boards that are integrated into high-end defense systems. The position is for the first shift, operating from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of overtime.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print.
Component identification skills.
Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling.
Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results.
Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment.
Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (including small print).
Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts.
High School Diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities
