About The Position

Build through-hole (THT) and surface mount (SMT) printed circuit board assemblies, placing components on boards per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation and quality workmanship guidelines. Cut and form (prep) components. Perform manual placement of THT components. Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware. Assemble electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware. Recommend changes in documentation to ensure high quality results.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, job orders, specifications, drawings, schematics, process sheets, wiring diagrams, and small print
• Component identification skills
• Ability to perform component prep using hand tools and tooling
• Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to produce quality results
• Ability to work in a high volume, high detail work environment
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow instructions (including small print)
• Ability to manipulate and work with tedious and small parts
• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
