About The Position
The Hybrid Assembler A completes product assembly. This involves aligning parts, following work instructions, and checking that work meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in area of Environmental operations.
- Knowledge of fine and gross leak testing.
- Tackweld, pre-pind testing and Particle impact noise detection (PIND).
- Temp Cycling and Centrifuge of Micro-Electronic packages and assemblies.
- Loading of vacuum ovens and Hermetic Lid sealing.
Responsibilities
- Perform work instructions to complete product assembly in accordance to standardized work procedures
- Align components and other parts for assembly and/or fixturing
- Receive parts and sub-assemblies in work area and deliver material to "work in progress" work centers as per Traveler instructions
- Ensure that all work meets quality and safety standards and procedures
- Maintains clean and safe work environment
- Produce and maintain a consistent quality of work
- Perform quality checks on assembly parts using Process Specifications and Standard Operating Procedures
