The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors. This role involves ensuring resident information is accurate, reporting changes in resident condition, documenting care, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. The PCA will assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, and mobility, while adhering to all facility policies and procedures regarding resident care and confidentiality.
