About The Position

As a Personal Care Aide (PCA), you will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably either in a center or in their homes. This role is part of the One Senior Care family of businesses, including LIFE-NWPA, Mountain View PACE, and Buckeye PACE. The position is ideal for individuals who are caring, dependable, and enjoy meaningful, hands-on work, thriving in a supportive, team-focused environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth are prioritized.

Requirements

  • Friendly, patient, and comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life
  • Brings calm, consistency, and care to every situation
  • Team-oriented and collaborative; values communication and shared success
  • Able to follow established routines while using good judgment in daily care
  • CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening

  • Experience working with the frail or elderly population

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors
  • Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
  • Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required
  • Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team
  • Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care
  • Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives
  • Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication
