Personal Care Aide (PCA) - Part-Time
About The Position
As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide personal care, companionship, and support to seniors, helping them live safely and comfortably, whether in our center or in their homes. This position is ideal for someone who is caring, dependable, and enjoys meaningful, hands-on work. You will be part of a supportive care team in a calm, people-centered environment where collaboration, compassion, and growth come first. Requirements
- Friendly, patient, and comfortable engaging with people from all walks of life
- Brings calm, consistency, and care to every situation
- Team-oriented and collaborative; values communication and shared success
- Able to follow established routines while using good judgment in daily care
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record
- Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, and TB screening

Responsibilities
- Provide personal care, supervision, and companionship to seniors
- Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, and transfers
- Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation as needed
- Travel to participants' homes and accompany them to appointments when required
- Observe and report any changes in participant condition to the care team
- Document care and services accurately in Alaya Care
- Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives
- Build rapport and trust through kindness, empathy, and respectful communication
