About The Position
Hiring ASAP for Certified PCAs to provide in-home care for clients in the Reading and Wakefield Areas! This role offers flexible scheduling, allowing you to choose your days (Monday-Sunday) and shifts (AM, PM, or Evening). You can stack shorter shifts (1-4 hours) to achieve full-time income or work part-time. PCAs will be helping local seniors with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), light housekeeping & laundry, meal prep & med reminders, transfer & mobility support, occasional errands or transport, and providing genuine companionship.
Requirements
- Certified PCA in Massachusetts
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Can reliably commute to Reading and/or Wakefield
- Speak and understand English fluently
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Perform light housekeeping & laundry
- Assist with meal prep + med reminders
- Offer transfer & mobility support
- Provide occasional errands or transport
- Offer genuine companionship
