About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for caring, reliable people to join our home-care team. We are hiring throughout Berkshire County for various locations including Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Dalton, Great Barringnton, North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Williamstown, Florida and all surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing one-on-one care that allows clients to continue living safely and independently at home. Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• A compassionate, respectful, dependable attitude
• Good organization and time-management skills
• A commitment to safe, quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experienced PCA, HHA, or CNA

Responsibilities

• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal-care routines
• Preparing meals and encouraging clients to participate when appropriate
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home tidying
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Giving medication reminders
• Noticing and reporting changes in a client's well-being
• Acting calmly and responsibly if an emergency occurs
