About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for caring, reliable people to join our home-care team. We are hiring for Pittsfield, Lenox, Lee, Stockbridge, Dalton, Great Barringnton, North Adams, Adams, Cheshire, Williamstown, Florida and all surrounding communities. You will provide one-on-one care that allows clients to continue living safely and independently at home. Every shift gives you the opportunity to make someone's day easier, safer, and brighter.

Requirements

• A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• A compassionate, respectful, dependable attitude
• Good organization and time-management skills
• A commitment to safe, quality care

Nice To Haves

• Experienced PCA, HHA, or CNA

Responsibilities

• Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal-care routines
• Preparing meals and encouraging clients to participate when appropriate
• Offering companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance
• Assisting with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home tidying
• Running errands and grocery shopping
• Giving medication reminders
• Noticing and reporting changes in a client's well-being
• Acting calmly and responsibly if an emergency occurs
