About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for caring, reliable people to join our home-care team. We are currently hiring throughout Greater Springfield, including Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, Wilbraham, and surrounding communities. This role offers the opportunity to do meaningful work, earn competitive pay, and choose a schedule that works for you. We welcome experienced PCAs, HHAs, and CNAs, and also offer free PCA and HHA training and certification for eligible applicants new to caregiving.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- A compassionate, respectful, dependable attitude
- Good organization and time-management skills
- A commitment to safe, quality care

Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one care that allows clients to continue living safely and independently at home.
- Help with bathing, grooming, dressing, and other personal-care routines.
- Prepare meals and encourage clients to participate when appropriate.
- Offer companionship, conversation, and emotional reassurance.
- Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and general home tidying.
- Run errands and grocery shopping.
- Give medication reminders.
- Notice and report changes in a client's well-being.
- Act calmly and responsibly if an emergency occurs.
