PCA/CNA – Assisted Living & Home Care
About The Position
Care Advantage Inc. is hiring PCAs, CNAs, and caregivers to provide care to clients in a retirement community in Charlottesville, Virginia, as well as in home-care settings. The company describes itself as client-driven, with a mission to support the communities it serves, help aging adults live life to the fullest, and empower its care team in purpose-driven work. Applicants should have previous assisted-living and home-care experience. The position may be full- or part-time. Caregivers may work cases in both home-care environments and the partnered retirement community. Care Advantage will work around employees’ availability whenever possible. Assisted-living cases can offer longer shifts, potential long-term placement, and career advancement.
Requirements
- Previous assisted-living experience and home-care experience.
- Certificate of completion from an approved PCA or Nurse Aide training program and/or a CNA license issued by the Virginia Board of Nursing.
- Eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available.
- Two satisfactory professional references.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and criminal record check.
- Reliable transportation.
- Compassionate, respectful, committed to excellence, and a good attitude.
