About The Position
HomeChoice HealthCare is hiring dependable and compassionate Personal Care Assistants (PCA) or Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) for part-time work providing care in clients’ homes. Scheduling is flexible based on client and employee availability. Shifts include Monday–Friday evenings and Monday–Sunday mornings, with occasional weekday fill-in shifts and opportunities for additional hours when coverage is needed.
Requirements
- PCA or CNA certification/training, as applicable.
- Reliable transportation.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Compassionate and patient.
- Ability to work independently.
Nice To Haves
- Weekend availability is preferred.
- Previous home care experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping as needed.
- Provide companionship and supportive care.
- Follow the client’s care plan and company policies.
- Maintain a professional and respectful relationship with clients and families.
