About The Position

Several immediate opportunities are available for experienced caregivers and personal care assistants to provide in-home support. The role helps clients remain safely at home with their families and may help avoid unnecessary hospitalization. Caregivers may assist with companionship, daily activities, monitoring and documenting a client's condition, household tasks, meals, appointments, and errands. Flexible schedules and multiple shifts are available, including full-time, part-time, and per-diem.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, active insurance, and vehicle registration for CNAs responsible for running client errands.
• Reliable transportation to get to work on time and run errands when needed.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, turn, pivot, transfer, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Successful background check, motor vehicle report, drug testing, and any other state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, caring companionship.
• Help clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document the client's condition and ensure the client's safety.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Escort clients to and from appointments as needed.
• Run errands and shop for food and personal items as needed.
