About The Position

Certified Nursing Assistants provide in-home support and companionship to clients. The role includes assisting with daily activities and personal care, monitoring and documenting client condition, maintaining client safety, providing household services, preparing meals, and helping with appointments and errands as needed. This is a physical, active home care job.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CNA license.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver's license, proof of active insurance, and vehicle registration if responsible for client errands.
• Reliable transportation to arrive at work on time and run errands for clients when needed.
• Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, turn, pivot, transfer, and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Successful completion of a background check, motor vehicle report, drug testing, and any other state-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, caring companionship.
• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and document the client's condition.
• Ensure the client's safety at all times.
• Provide housekeeping and laundry services.
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
• Escort clients to and from appointments as needed.
• Run errands and shop for food and personal items as needed.
