About The Position
Our client is looking to hire an PC Technician to work onsite assisting end-users with IT related needs. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in desktop support, imaging, hardware troubleshooting, and device deployment.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform desktop support for end users in clinical environment
- Complete PC imaging and reimaging for large‑scale rollout
- Handle hardware installation, replacement, and configuration
- Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues
- Document work performed and escalate issues when needed
